Egyptian nationality – Cassation Attorney registered with the Egyptian Bar Association, serving as Director of USUS Law Firm. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Mansoura University in 1997, obtained a Master’s degree in Law from the same university, and is a PhD researcher in Commercial Law. He possesses extensive legal experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2009, where he served as Legal Affairs Director at Dar Al-Mustawred Group, then held the position of General Manager of Legal Affairs, Governance and Compliance at Tabuk Agricultural Development Company (a public joint-stock company) from 2015. He also served as a Board Member of East Asia Agricultural Development and Investment Company (a closed joint-stock company) previously, and was a member of the Governance, Risk and Compliance Committee at Tabuk Agricultural Development Company. He concluded his work at Tabuk Agricultural Development Company in early April 2025 and joined USUS Law Firm. He holds a Certified Compliance Officer certificate from Riyadh Financial Academy, in addition to numerous courses in corporate governance at local and international levels. Mr. Khaled is distinguished by his specialization in all commercial matters and cases, as well as his extensive experience and excellence in criminal and administrative cases.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
