It is regulated by the Saudi <strong>Personal Status Law<\/strong> (\u0646\u0638\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u062d\u0648\u0627\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0634\u062e\u0635\u064a\u0629), and can happen by agreement between the spouses or by court judgment if the husband refuses.
