Use the <a href=\"https:\/\/ususlawfirm.com\/en\/legal-notice-template-saudi-arabia\/\">legal notice template<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Try settlement:<\/strong> a written payment agreement, ideally made through <a href=\"https:\/\/ususlawfirm.com\/en\/amicable-settlement-taradhi-saudi-arabia\/\">amicable settlement<\/a> so it becomes enforceable if breached.<\/li>\n<li><strong>With an enforceable instrument:<\/strong> file the enforcement request on Najiz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Without one:<\/strong> file a claim with the competent court: the <a href=\"https:\/\/ususlawfirm.com\/en\/saudi-commercial-courts-law\/\">commercial court<\/a> between traders or companies, otherwise the general court. If the debtor claims insolvency, the court examines it under the law.<\/p>\n<h2>Mistakes that lose the debt<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lending or selling on credit with no written record, or by a transfer that does not state its purpose.<\/li>\n<li>Waiting years: some claims cannot be heard after set periods if the debtor denies them.
