Received a message about a case, or worried a lawsuit has been filed against you? You can look up cases by ID number<\/strong> on the Ministry of Justice’s Najiz platform after signing in with the National Single Sign-On.<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. Open Najiz (najiz.sa) on the web or the app.<\/li>\n
  2. Sign in through the National Single Sign-On with your ID and Absher password.<\/li>\n
  3. In the judiciary section open “My Cases”.<\/li>\n
  4. Cases linked to your ID appear with their number, your role, the court and hearing dates.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Police reports not yet referred to court, and cases still under Public Prosecution investigation, usually do not appear there.<\/p>\n
