How many days of annual leave? What about a death in the family, a wedding or a new baby? The Labor Law sets leave types, durations and pay, and an employer may not reduce them.

Durations follow the Labor Law and its amendments; contracts may give more. Check the current official text.
At the end of the contract
Unused annual leave is paid in cash, on top of the end-of-service award. Leaving on final exit? Read final exit.
Denied leave?
- Request it in writing.
- File for amicable settlement.
- Then the labour court.
