When custody may move to the father

If you are the father
- Document the reason with evidence.
- Show your capacity to care: housing, who looks after the child.
- File before the personal status court. Read custody and maintenance.
If you are the mother
- Show the child's stability with you.
- Answer every allegation with evidence.
- Honour visitation; obstruction counts against you.
